Solicitation #7714-0-2020/AB. Issued by Purchasing. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to obtain an administrator to provide high quality Employee Assistance Program (“EAP”) services in a cost-effective manner for the employees of the City of Norfolk (“the City”), Norfolk Public Schools (“NPS”), and the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (“NRHA”), hereafter referred to as the “Consortium” for a five (5) year period. One (1) contract will be awarded through which the Consortium will obtain services.
