Solicitation #17010. Issued by Public Works. The City of Norfolk (the “City”) Department of Public Works is seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide required services for program and project management services in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Norfolk Coastal Storm Risk Management (CSRM) program and project implementation. The successful Offeror will have previous experience and demonstrated success in project management of USACE and CSRM projects. The City will award a single contract authorizing an initial Scope of Work and will amend the contract to authorize additional work which may become necessary throughout various phases of the CSRM project implementation.
