Solicitation #22431. Issued by Public Works (D&C). The work under this project involves the systemic demolition of all existing above-grade structures within the Military Circle Mall complex, down to the existing concrete slab-on-grade. The Ross tenant place, Sentara building, and other designated locations are excluded from the scope of work and shall remain undisturbed. The Bidder shall provide a Lump Sum cost to provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision required to perform the work as described herein.
