Solicitation #22021. Issued by Public Works. The Work under this project consists of the rehabilitation of the three elevators at Town Point Garage and the three elevators at the Main Street Garage. There are five additive bid items as listed on the drawings: 1. Prep and paint Elevator lobbies, 2. New heat pump for Elevator #3 at Town Point Garage, 3. New heat pump for Elevator #3 at Main Street Garage, 4. New Heat pump for Elevators #1 and #2 for Main Street Garage, and 5. Hoistway Lighting.
