Solicitation #IFB 11083-0-2026/JF. Issued by Utilities. The City is seeking a responsible vendor to provide collection, transportation, and recycling of scrap water meters from Norfolk Utilities Combined Operations facility on a monthly rotational basis and/or on an as-needed basis. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bid ("IFB") by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
