Solicitation #RFP 11063-0-2026/JF. Issued by Community Services Board. This solicitation seeks creative and innovative solutions to address the systemic challenges of pervasive opioid abuse. The City of Norfolk (the “City”) invites qualified firms and responsible service providers ("Contractors") to submit proposals for evidence-based addiction treatment and remediation efforts across the City of Norfolk. These services may include, but are not limited to, harm reduction, prevention, and treatment. All proposals must comply and be consistent with the approved remediation uses established by the Virginia Opioid Abatement Authority (VOAA). Contractors may only use funds under this RFP for approved abatement purposes. The City anticipates recurring posting of this solicitation throughout the year.
