The City of Norfolk is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide a roof mounted solar system through either solar power purchase agreement or a direct purchase for three rooftop utility-interactive solar photovoltaic systems at the following locations: Fire Station 2, 2501 Church St., Norfolk, VA 23504 Fire Station 12, 1655 W. Little Creek Rd., Norfolk, VA 23505 Fire Station 16, 7924 Camellia Rd., Norfolk, VA 23518 Offerors may submit a proposal for either a solar power purchase agreement or a direct purchase, or both.
