Solicitation #RFP 10919-0-2026/JF. Issued by Community Services Board. The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking responsible therapy agencies (Contractors) to deliver pediatric physical, occupational, speech-language therapies and/or developmental services for children from birth through two (2) years of age who meet the eligibility criteria under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”) as implemented by the Infant & Toddler Connection of Virginia (“ITC VA”).
