Solicitation #11025-0-2026. Issued by Public Works. The City of Norfolk’s Department of Public Works (the “City”) is seeking proposals to provide environmental conservation services on an as-needed basis. The City will provide a more detailed scope of work for each specific request for environmental conservation services required under the resulting Agreement.
The selected offeror shall relinquish all rights in and the ownership of any work product completed during the performance of any agreement awarded as the result of this RFP, and such work product shall become the sole property of the City without future usage restrictions of any kind.
