Solicitation #RFP 10969-0-2026/KA. Issued by Housing and Community Development. The City of Norfolk (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide the design, fabrication, installation and maintenance of the digital wayfinding signage display. Successful contractors will oversee the content management for the kiosks as part of the comprehensive St. Paul Transformation-Critical Community Improvement projects (CCI).
The system shall be designed and fabricated by June 30, 2026.
Offerors may submit a proposal for direct purchase or for lease, or both.
