Information solicited in this RFI will inform Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposals (RFP) development for all tiers. The purpose of this RFI is to: • Understand the capabilities and qualifications of interested firms and teams. • Gather feedback on the project scope, anticipated procurement strategy, and potential challenges for the upcoming opportunity.
