Solicitation #RFP 9441-0-2022/AB. Issued by Purchasing. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain a contractor for the City of Norfolk Ryan White Part A Office (“Office”) to provide technical assistance and consulting services for the Norfolk Transitional Grant Area’s (“TGA”) Greater Hampton Roads HIV Health Planning Council (“Council”). The Contractor will help implement Council requirements using Contractor’s comprehensive understanding of the demographics of and service system for HIV-affected populations.
