Solicitation #9335-0-2022/DH. Issued by General Services. The City of Norfolk (the “City”) is seeking a qualified and experienced vendor to provide a fully functional, turnkey parking citation service, to include services such as preparing and distributing letters, skip tracing, on-site staffing, training, collections, and call center services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Invitation to Bid (“IFB”). All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this IFB by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
