Solicitation #RFP 10581-R-2025/TN. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking a responsible vendor to provide liquid lime for water treatment according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein. Awards will be determined by the lowest cost of each respective line items. This may result in multiple awards to multiple vendors.
