Solicitation #9109-0-2022 ML RFP. Issued by Purchasing. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) which is composed of an Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) system, a fully-functional Help Desk/Service Desk Ticketing System, and a Change Control and Management system, collectively referred to as “System”, as well as services to assist with installation, configuration, and implementation.
