Solicitation #Nancy2021. Issued by Utilities. This project consists of the installation of approximately 2,175 linear feet (LF) of water main along Nancy Drive, Bull Run Court, Manassas Court, and Vicksburg Court, as well as the replacement of 36 water service lines and all required appurtenances. Also included is the replacement of approximately 325 LF of sanitary sewer located within the existing utility easement at the east end of Nancy Drive. The work is to be completed in 290 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). It is important to note that the sequence of construction must be followed as noted on the plans.
