Solicitation #10380-0-2025/ML. Issued by Information Technology. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain an open platform, server-based records management system (“RMS” or “System”) that allows for the seamless integration of existing computer aided dispatch (“CAD”) currently utilized by the City of Norfolk (“City”). The desired RMS should allow for scalability and flexibility as new technologies emerge and expansion of public safety records management is needed. The City is seeking a records management system that would enable real-time, rules-based alerts, provide visual reports and analytics accessible to all roles, with intuitive interfaces and efficient workflows that meet current and future needs to help streamline records, reduce administrative burdens, and enhance data quality.
