Official description
Solicitation #8920-0-2022 ML. Issued by Purchasing. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain a contractor with extensive and proven knowledge and experience in data center migration to provide leadership, oversight, staffing project and migration planning in the design and build out process of a new Primary Data Center (“PDC”). The City of Norfolk’s current data center is being relocated and rather than migrate existing equipment the City plans to build out the new facility and migrate data and applications to the new environment.
