Solicitation #8897-0-2022 ML RFP. Issued by Purchasing. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals from qualified firms to assist the City of Norfolk (the “City”) with Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) entitlement grant management and program reporting including ensuring timely and accurate response to all required programing reports, providing technical assistance and preparation of required documentation, as well as other grant management activities. Services will be delivered on an as-needed basis for both technical assistance and required reporting.
