Solicitation #10472-0-2024. Issued by Public Works. The City of Norfolk (the “City”) is seeking responsible vendors to provide Citywide Locksmith Services according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein. The City intends to award the contract on an “as needed" basis for a period of five (5) years.
