Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority, hereafter referred to as NRHA, hereby seeks aqualified and experienced contractor to furnish all labor, materials and/or supplies and equipment to provide complete Janitorial Services for approximately 16,000 square feet of floor space at Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authorityâs building located at 910 Ballentine Blvd. Norfolk, VA.
