Solicitation #25-3796-3003. Issued by Parks and Recreation. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, May 9, 2025 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide for the removal of existing wood decking, complete needed framing repairs and to install new custom composite decking at the Lee Hall Depot located at 9 Elmhurst St, Newport News, VA 23603.
