Official description
Horizon Behavioral Health (HORIZON) is seeking a quality cleaning service to provide janitorial services at a cost-effective rate for certain locations. The intent is to award all locations listed to the same leaning service, however, if budgetary or other circumstances dictate that it is in the best interest of HORIZON to issue separate awards, we reserve the right to do so.
