Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (RWSA) is planning improvements to the Airport Road Pump Station (ARPS) to increase system capacity and support future growth in the northern service area. The project includes adding pumping capacity within the existing station and constructing new ground storage tank(s) (GST) at the ARPS site.A Non-Mandatory Online Only Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. EST
