Solicitation #2025-RFQ-DB-042. Issued by Public Works. Public Works Truck Shelter. Isle of Wight County is soliciting sealed Qualifications from firms for prequalification in Design-Build of the Public Works Truck Shelter, to be located on the Public Works Complex site located at 13048 Poor House Road Windsor, VA 23487. The proposed shelter will be 50' x175' x20 PEMB with an 1:12 pitch galvalume roof, both end walls completely sheeted, 1 bay on each end shall have rear closed, each end bay shall have a concrete floor 25' x 50', Standard Gutters and Downspouts (front & rear)
