Sound and lighting services for county special events

Solicitation #2024-REQ-025. Issued by Parks & Recreation. Isle of Wight County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for Sound & Lighting for Special Annual Events. The County of Isle of Wight is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to provide, install, and maintain (with technical support during each event) stage lighting and professional sound services for large and small, outdoor county-sponsored promotions and special events for Parks & Recreation. Offerors that can provide ‘turn-key’ services to manage both lighting and sound is required. The County will not consider split awards to separate companies. Events listed in the Scope of Services’ paragraph are regular annual events; however, the County reserves the right to add, delete, or otherwise change events, programming, and scheduling according to customer requirements and/or annual appropriations (see Conditions and Instructions). Services provided within this Request for Proposals (RFP) of this contract may be extended to other County departments for special events as required. Specifications and requirements will be separately negotiated in advance for new/additional events.
