Official description
The project is generally described as providing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation and all incidentals required and/or implied for the complete and satisfactory performance necessary for the replacement of the existing water source heat pumps, boilers, water pumps, outside air units, classroom lighting, and associated electrical work, piping work, controls, and ceilings at Chickahominy Middle School, 9450 Atlee Station Road, Mechanicsville, VA 23116. All work shall be provided in accordance with the Project Manual and associated Contract Drawings.
