Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide sampling and laboratory analysis services in accordance with the respective facility's Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System's (VPDES) General Stormwater Permits and Hampton Roads Sanitation District's (HRSD) Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permits. Please note this is a RFQ and not an IFB.
