Please be advised that this opportunity is only open to Contractors on DESIGN-BUILD (DB)/DESIGN-BID-BUILD (DBB), INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (ID/IQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) AND MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS PRIMARILY IN THE HAMPTON ROADS, VIRGINIA AOR MACC GROUP: ML-C00083 (Contract Nos. N4008524D2508 - N4008523D2512) NOTICE REGARDING TIMELY DEFINITIZATION OF EQUITABLE ADJUSTEMENT FOR CHANGE ORDERS UNDER CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS.
