(CAGE 70628) under part number 12991-101A. The proposed contract will be a fixed price, Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND QTY – 40 EACH MINIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QUANTITY – 10 EACH MAXIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QUANTITY – 40 EACH THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY IS 40 EACH. THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTION UNITS WILL BE 324 DAYS. This is a Critical Application Item (Critical Part). Surge requirement does not apply.
