This a reminder that all interestered offerors in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Section 1: Documents/Forms required, offers must acknowledge receipt of all amendments or may not be considered for evaluation. The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions from industry (see attachment 1); allow vendors who have previously submitted a quote re-evaulate their quote(s) based on the answers provided in this amendment; extend the solicitation date to 17 September 2026 at 1000 AM EST; update sections 2.4 and 3.3 of the PWS.
