This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation 36C24626Q0782 will be issued on or about August 5, 2026. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richmond VA Medical Center in Richmond Virginia has a requirement for Epoxy Kitchen Flooring.
