Please be advised that this opportunity is only open to Contractors on INDEFINITE DELIVERY/ INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ), MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) FOR DESIGN-BUILD (DB)/ DESIGN-BID-BUILD (DBB) WATERFRONT CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, HAMPTON ROADS AREA OF OPERATIONS, VIRGINIA ML-C00082 (Contract Nos. N4008524D2503 - N4008524D2507) NOTICE REGARDING TIMELY DEFINITIZATION OF EQUITABLE ADJUSTEMENT FOR CHANGE ORDERS UNDER CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS.
