(CAGE 08844) PART NUMBER 14-82003-5 AND NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS CORPORATION (CAGE 79U29) PART NUMBER 14-82003-5. Higher-Level Quality and Export Control requirement applies. THIS ITEM CITED REQUIRES DATA WHICH IS RESTRICTED TO CONTRACTORS CERTIFIED BY DOD TO ACCESS UNCLASSIFIED DATA PER DOD 5220.22M. CERTIFICATION IS OBTAINED BY SUBMITTING DD FORM 2345, MILITARY CRITICAL TECHNICAL DATA AGREEMENT, TO THE DEFENSE LOGISTICS INFORMATION SERVICES. This is a Critical Application Item (Critical Part). THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTION UNITS WILL BE 327 DAYS. Surge requirement does not apply. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. This will be a competitively awarded contract and the best value selection methods will be used.
