Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to remove and replace the maintenance building HVAC unit at USCG Station Oregon Inlet, NC. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238220 and size standard of $19.0M. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on September 17, 2026 via email to (on the official posting). Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1442 and pricing are completed before emailing.
