The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a single, indefinite-delivery, requirements type contract with firm-fixed price provisions for services using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items; and FAR Subpart 16.5, Indefinite-Delivery Contracts. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The activity’s small business office concurs with this determination. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 484210, Used Household and Office Goods Moving. The current size standard is $27.5 million. The Federal Supply Classification is V003, Packing/Crating Services. The place of performance is numerous locations throughout Maryland. This requirement is to acquire packing, containerization, and local drayage of personal property shipments required by CPPSO. The Government requires a contractor to furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, except as specified herein as Government furnished, for the preparation of personal property of military members and civilian employees for movement or drayage and related services. The performance period for this acquisition is anticipated to be a 12-month base period beginning on 01 June 2019 and ending on 31 May 2020, plus four 12-month options and FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, to continue through 30 November 2024.
