SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENT NSWCDD requires contractor-provided commercial warehousing, physical storage, inventory management, material handling, and freight transportation support services to support Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S) and Plant Property & Equipment (PP&E) / General Equipment for CDSA Dam Neck in the Hampton Roads, VA area. *** NOTE: Full facility specifications, dimensional requirements, environmental controls, and performance standards are detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). *** 3.
