Official description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Cafeteria & Food Truck Services. This is a concessionaire-type contract where the contractor will operate two cafeterias and a mobile food truck, paying the Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI) either a monthly concessionaire fee or a percentage of gross sales, whichever is greater. THE NAFI WILL NOT PAY FOR THESE SERVICES. Solicitation Number: NAFUA1-26-R-0003 Service Required: Cafeteria and Mobile Food Truck Services Location: Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, Tracy, CA Contract Type: Concessionaire (Revenue Sharing with the NAFI) Period of Performance: The contract will have a base period of two years, from December 30, 2026, to December 29, 2028, with eight (8) subsequent one-year option periods. SAM.gov Registration: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide their Unique Entity ID (UEI) to be eligible for an award. Key Dates: Site Visit Completion Deadline: October 28, 2026. Questions Due Date: All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer by October 30, 2026, 3:00 PM EST.
