Reference #RFP 2000004251. Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish a term contract(s) through competitive negotiation for the provision and administration of psychological evaluation and testing services for Fairfax County Police Department, Fire and Rescue, and Sheriff’s Office. The services described herein shall include, but are not limited to, the psychological assessment and evaluation of applicants seeking employment as Police Officers, Deputy Sheriffs, Firefighters, Emergency Communications Personnel, Professional Staff, and other public safety positions within Fairfax County agencies. Such services shall also extend to incumbent employees, including sworn and professional staff personnel, who are seeking assignment, promotion, transfer, certification, or retention in specialized positions or units. Specialized assignments may include, but are not limited to, tactical teams, special operations units, or those determined by the County or participating department/agency.
