Provide all equipment, labor, supervision, material and any other incidentals necessary to perform specialty non-tractor zero-turn mowing, motorized mechanical edging, string trimming, and litter removal services for designated areas on Primary and Secondary Routes in the Chesterfield Residency within the Richmond District within the counties of Amelia, Chesterfield and Powhatan.
