Low Floor BOC - Transit Cutaway 13 to 21 Passenger for use by all Commonwealth of Virginia agencies, institutions of higher education, or other public bodies (collectively âAuthorized Usersââ as defined in the Code of Virginia §2.2-1110, 2.2-1120, and 2.2-4301.
