Official description
The County of Carroll invites sealed bids for the furnishing and delivery of one new advanced cardiac monitor/defibrillator system and related accessories for Carroll County EMS. The equipment shall be suitable for emergency medical service use and shall provide, at minimum, manual defibrillation and AED operation, trending, noninvasive pacing, pulse oximetry, carboxyhemoglobin monitoring, noninvasive blood pressure, 12-lead ECG, end-tidal CO2 monitoring, temperature monitoring, and wireless/Bluetooth connectivity.
