Arlington County is soliciting proposals from offerors having experience and qualifications in providing general training, DEIB training, AI workforce training, virtual learning sessions, coaching, organizational development, DEIB organizational development, multi-rater assessments, and e-learning custom development services to County employees for a term of up to five years. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis.
