Owner's Representative / Project Manager Services for the Kimball Junction P3 Project, a Public-Private Partnership Among Summit County, High Valley Transit District, and Park City Junction LLC A mixed-use redevelopment comprising County-owned workforce housing, PCJ-owned office and retail space, a parking structure of up to three levels, a public plaza, an amphitheater and common green, a new transit center, and a pedestrian bridge over Utah State Route 224 (SR-224).The selected firm will act as the County’s principal agent and advocate throughout the life of the Project, protecting the public interest and ensuring that PCJ and its contractors design and construct the Project on schedule, within budget, and in conformance with the PPP Agreement, the Admin DA, and all other applicable agreements, plans, codes, and standards.
