Lake Avenue stormwater drywell installation

Issued by CITIES - City of South Jordan. Reference #2026-027. The City of South Jordan is seeking a qualified contractor to install a drywell system within an existing stormwater basin east of Lake Ave and south of South Jordan Parkway. This is a project that the City bid last year and is re-bidding this year now that funds are available. The work includes, but it is not limited to; mobilization and demobilization, traffic control, construction surveying and staking, material testing and quality control, ground boring for 4-foot-diameter drywell sump, installation of 50 feet of piping from existing chamber to new structure, including excavation, de-watering, disposal of water material, HDPE pipe materials for entire system, including sump, stabilization materials, compaction and backfill, finish grading and cleanup of waste materials; and revegetating site to existing conditions; all labor, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, rentals, fuels, utilities, subcontractors, suppliers, and all other costs including overhead and profit are to be included in bid line items.

The work must be substantially complete 45 days from Notice to Proceed. Anticipated date of Notice to Proceed: October 13, 2026.

Bids will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All bids shall be submitted online at Bonfire.
