Issued by CITIES - City of Saratoga Springs. Reference #2026-015. Saratoga Springs City (OWNER) will accept Pre-qualification Information from contractors interested in bidding on the Pressurized Irrigation Well 9 Project. This project for a new water well consists of: drilling and grout sealing a conductor casing, geophysical surveys, zone testing, drilling and construction of a 20-inch diameter water well, installation of gravel pack, development and pump testing, and well disinfection. Bids will only be accepted from those Drilling Contractors that are pre-qualified by the OWNER. No other Drilling Contractors will be eligible to bid on this Project. Project closes Oct 08, 2026 3:00 PM MDT.
