Salt Lake County (County), on behalf of Human Resources (HR), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms “Proposer / Contractor” to provide a job applicant tracking solution that meets all of the County’s needs as outlined herein. The new solution will help facilitate better relations between recruiters and hiring managers and candidates, streamline requisition creation, the approval process, and improve the quality of hires. The solution must provide an efficient and cost effective hiring process.
