Remanufacture of the F-16 Accessory Drive Gearbox (ADG) and Jet Fuel Starter (JFS)

This notice encompasses all awardees of the MAC IDIQ and their respective contracts under Solicitation No. FA825226R0073. AAR Component Services Inc., Grand Prairie, Texas (FA8252-26-D-B004); AAR Aircraft Component Services, Wellington, Kansas (FA8252-26-D-B006); and Sherwood Aviation, Opa-locka, Florida (FA8252-26-D-B005) have been awarded a combined estimated ceiling $96,124,000 multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the F-16 Accessory Drive Gearbox (ADG) and Jet Fuel Starter (JFS) remanufacture. This contract provides for the overhaul, complete or substantial teardown, repair, debugging, configuration management, and restoration of the ADG and JFS components to a serviceable condition to support the F-16 engine starter system. Work will be performed at Grand Prairie, Texas; Wellington, Kansas; and Opa-locka, Florida, and is expected to be completed by September 29, 2036. This contract was a competitive acquisition and three offers were received. Fiscal 2026 working capital funds in the total combined amount of $1,329,535 are being obligated at the time of award to each of the three vendors based on the minimum order quantity per their respective qualifications in accordance with the ordering procedures. The Air Force Sustainment Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity.
