Must have the capability to detect common wiring problems (shorts, opens, crossovers, phasing errors), include Go/No-go indicators, measure Return Loss and Insertion Loss, and check transformer continuity. Network Restriction: Must be standalone with NO WiFi or Bluetooth capabilities.
