The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:

**Project Description: Provide a comprehensive mechanical and plumbing upgrade to the USDC Raintree Building. Remove and replace all existing air handlers within the building. Provide a complete overhaul of all mechanical equipment including the air distribution system and specialties in each of the 4 mechanical rooms. The mechanical room located on the main floor will require a complete overhaul of all equipment, specialties and piping coupled with a full building controls upgrade to the Niagara N4. Connect to existing campus steam and chilled water piping. Provide new electrical accommodations to all new equipment. Provide a full system and building test and balance report. BCI Background Checks will be required for all on site workers and trades.**
